| Returns Policy You have a cancellation period that starts the day after receipt of the goods and lasts for seven days. Due to Hygiene regulations all items MUST be unworn (This includes trying the item on) with the packaging intact and in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 14 days. Failure to comply will result in the item being returned to you and no refund given. Items cannot be accepted without a returns number. A refund (less £2.95 standard delivery charge) will be made to you within 14 days of cancellation. You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items, any costs that we have to pay for your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
